Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our professional diving equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and protective coverings intact
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-made diving equipment
  • Opened or used components and accessories (including items from our Components, Accessories and Parts categories)
  • Items marked as “final sale”

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with subject line “Return Request” and your order number
  2. Provide Details: Include the reason for return and whether you want a refund or exchange
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days
  4. Ship Your Return: Package item securely with all original documentation and ship to our Nottingham facility using a trackable method

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • For exchanges of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
  • We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost
