Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made diving equipment
  • Opened or used components and accessories
  • Items marked as “final sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number.
  2. Provide Details: Include the reason for return/exchange and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and include all original documentation. Ship to our Nottingham facility using a trackable method.
  5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges
