Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must be intact
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made diving equipment
- Opened or used components and accessories
- Items marked as “final sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number.
- Provide Details: Include the reason for return/exchange and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and include all original documentation. Ship to our Nottingham facility using a trackable method.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
